Apple has revealed plans to launch a new Apple Hanam store in South Korea on December 9, 2023. The store logo has a logo with a light blue base. To mark the occasion, original wallpapers featuring the Apple Hanam logo are now available for iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and iMac users. You can easily download from here.
In Japan, both Apple Sapporo and Apple Sendai stores are being closed down, while Apple Hanam becomes the sixth Apple Store in South Korea, marking the first outside Seoul.
Interestingly, despite Japan’s closures, South Korea’s Apple Store count is on the rise. The Korea Economic Daily notes that 7 out of 10 young Korean smartphone users prefer the iPhone, attributed partly to Apple’s strategies.
This trend might have influenced Samsung’s early announcement of the Galaxy S24 series, deviating from its usual schedule.
