Samsung says minor issues with the Galaxy S24 series cameras will be fixed with a software update.

The latest Samsung Galaxy S series flagships have exciting improvements in some areas compared to the previous generation; But camera problems can be seen in different models of this series.

According to user complaints, it seems that the phone camera in Galaxy S24 Ultra

, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 models has problems such as high noise and low dynamic range around the light source in low light environments. Also, the problem of excessive exposure is seen in outdoor environments.

Despite the improved recording and processing speed of the Galaxy S24 camera compared to the previous generation, we still see problems with these phones, which according to Samsung are minor and will probably be fixed with a software update of the device.

The Korean giant did not specify an exact date for the release of the desired update for Samsung’s flagship models; But we expect that the first software update of these phones will be related to fixing camera problems. The price of Samsung’s new generation phones is high and seeing such problems makes users disappointed.
